Shipping & Return Policy

At FragranceUSA.com, customer gratification is our priority. This is why we aimed to design a Return and Exchange Policy that benefits our customers to the best of our capability. We inspect each item thoroughly at the time of packaging. If an item has been shipped out from our facility in a damaged or flawed condition, FragranceUSA.com accepts 100% responsibility for that item.

Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (if the order has already been shipped). 

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR RETURNS:

If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. 

If you placed an order for Aaron Terence Hughes and would like to cancel it this is also not possible we can only do an exchange for this brand. 

Samples are final sale and can not be returned 

 If the item(s) being returned has been opened or has been used, there is a 15% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Testers do fall under the category of a 15% restocking fees as we can not tell whether it has been used or not since it does not come in sealed packaging.

 Signing for your purchase when you get your item - Many of FragranceUSA's orders are insured for theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchase is signed for and delivered to the address you have provided they are no longer covered by insurance. 

 If you chose to opt-out of Signature confirmation during checkout, we will not be responsible for any theft or damage.

 

Full Refund Requirements - 

** Please note - Orders that were paid using "Afterpay" or "Shop pay Installments" or any installment payment gateway may not be eligible for returns or cancellations during this time. 

** At this time no returns can be processed for Aaron Terrence Hughes items only exchanged if items are in the same condition that you have received them.

If you pay for your order via Paypal and would like to cancel or return that order it is subject to the Paypal fee being deducted before we refund your order. 

We must receive your return and the tracking has to show delivered to our facility in order to start the refund process.

To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by a customer. Unless the item(s) was originally purchased as Unboxed, the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund.
