These terms apply to your use of fragranceusa.com and any purchase you make from FragranceUSA ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Shipping policy and our Returns & refunds policy.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use our site and place orders. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Our products
Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, brand new and factory sealed. FragranceUSA is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell; brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.
3. Prices, availability and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We try hard to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or is no longer available, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. We may also limit or refuse orders, including orders that appear to be for resale or that we suspect are fraudulent.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout. Sales tax is added where required.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy.
6. Accounts and VIP access
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. VIP access and VIP pricing are offered at our discretion, are for the approved account holder only, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to use it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.
8. Use of our site
Don't misuse our site: no copying our content for commercial use, scraping, interfering with the site's security, or using it for anything unlawful. The text, design and images created by us belong to FragranceUSA.
9. Limitation of liability
Our site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
