Yes, every one. We only sell genuine fragrances, brand new and factory sealed. We buy from established distributors, and every item is checked by our team when it arrives and again before it ships. If you ever receive something that is not genuine, we will refund you in full, including shipping.

No. Everything on our site is brand new in its retail packaging. We do not sell testers, decants or pre-owned bottles.

Fragrance houses adjust their ingredients from time to time, so colour and scent can vary a little between batches and production years. This is normal and does not affect authenticity. We keep our stock fresh, but we can't fill requests for a specific batch.

Orders placed by 3PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Email us at info@fragranceusa.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return them under our returns policy.

Yes. Every order comes with one free sample, so you can discover something new.

Many of our fragrances come in an 8 ml sample size. Look for it in the size options on the product page, or browse our samples collection.

It's about strength. Eau de Toilette is the lightest and freshest. Eau de Parfum is richer and lasts longer, and it's the most popular choice. Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated, usually with the deepest character and longest wear.

Every product page shows the notes, the main accords and the seasons and times of day a fragrance suits best. Start with a family you already like (woody, fresh, floral, sweet), or call or email us and we'll happily make suggestions.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by law.

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Read the full returns policy for details.
