Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order, whatever the size.

Processing times

  • Orders placed by 3PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3PM, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day.
  • During busy periods such as the holidays, dispatch may take an extra business day. We'll let you know if there's any delay.
  • Every order is checked for payment verification before it ships. If we can't verify a payment, we may contact you or cancel the order.

Tracking & delivery

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. We aren't able to compensate for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions or other events outside our control, but we'll always help you chase a late package.

Please check your address

Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll be in touch to arrange reshipping, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Signature on high-value orders

Orders of $500 or more may require a signature on delivery to keep them safe.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

  • Report any problem within 3 days of the delivery date by emailing info@fragranceusa.com.
  • For damaged items, include clear photos of the shipping box (inside and out), the product packaging and the item itself.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us. We'll open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, the carrier may ask for a police report.
  • Once a claim is approved, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit.

Refused or unclaimed packages

If a package is refused or not collected and comes back to us, we'll refund the order minus the cost of shipping it to you and back.
